Hello everyone. I meant to upload this a bit sooner, but I kept getting sidetracked.
Here we have my OC, and I used my coloured pencils again on this one. I am still trying to find the right combination of colours to get the hair in the correct shade, I may have to relent and by some additional colours.
Regardless, I am very happy with how this turned out; and I am super happy with the way the eyes look.

Starshine Dust/Ialyrn Aeloria
Name: Ialyrn Aeloria
Gender: Mare
Age: Unknown
Species: Unknown Enity
Hometown: Trottingham
Current Redidence: PonyVille

Special Talent: Spectral artwork, usually while listening to music or singing. (think light shows and Aurora Borealis type things)
Bio:
Ialyrn was born as an earthpony, back then her name was Starshine Dust. While growing up she was timid, very introverted with no confidence in and off herself. She was bullied due to her shyness, as well as for not having her cutie mark. During this period of her life she developed a bit of an attitude problem, as well as a bit of a temper; which she subsiquently lost on her bullies one day. She struggles with physical contact from others, and hides away from it. She has been known to run off when somepony she does not know touches her. She avoids crowds, and does what she an to avoid any and all confrontation.
Starshines appearence:
Pale violet body colour, strawberry coloured mane and tail with green eyes.
Family:
Mother:
Name: Arabella Star.
Arabella Star is an earth earth pony with a light blue body colour. Her hair is an ash blonde, and she has yellow/orange eyes. Arabella works as a chef at the Dove in.
Father:
Name: Orrin Dust.
Orrin Dust is a pegasus, he has a yellow body colour with auburn hair colour. His eyes are a mixture of blue and green. Orrin works as a construction worker.
Friends:
Name: Prisma Ardent.
Prisma Ardent is a white unicorn with pink hair, she is a total polar opposite to Starshine. She is a very outgoing pony, and likes to hang out with her friends. Often choosing to spend time with Starshine, who is her closet friend. She is also the only pony Starshine will open up too, and the pair are inseperable.
Magic Tutor:
Ms. Windlesham.
Cutie Mark: While living in Ponyville, Starshine was able to gain her cutiemark while attending one of the many parties that Pinkie Pie would organise. She was singing along to a Saphire Shores song when her special talent manifested, causing her unicorn magic to create an unusal spectral artwork in the sky that fit with the music being played. Her cutie make is an inverted treble clef and a bass clef in the shape of a heart, and is yelllow in colouration. The bottom of the bass clef also depicts a paint brush.
Transformation:
Starshine fell into an interdimensional portal in the Everfree Forest while she was traveling Equestira with Prisma Ardent, to which she was trapped inside of a pocket dimension between 400 to 500 years. The strange energy of the pocket dimension created a quantom event that caused physical changes to Starshine, this was due to other versions of Starshine from parellel universe getting pulled into the pocket dimension and merging with Starshine. She the time in the pocket dimension mostly a sleep.
After the transformation:
Starshine was released from the pocket dimension after elements of harmony where used to defeat Nightmare Moon. The energy released from them caused a rip in the space time continum, which allowed Starshine to be released from the pocket dimension. She was found shortly after by Princess Celestia and taken to the hospital in Ponyville. Starshine was in a coma for around a week before she awoke, only to find that 3 years had passed since she fell into the portal.
She was very confused over everything, especially that her phsyical appearence had changed drasticly. And had more than a few panic attacks over the manifistations of her newfound unicorn magic. She was also pretty freaked out to find she was now a wine coloured unicorn with a teal/turquoise mane colour, her eyes where still green. She really struggled at first, but after some reflection, she had a newfound drive to push forward with life. During her time recovering in hospital Starshine would sit and draw for hours,she was able to sell a few of the pictures she made, which allowed her to get bored at a local hotel where she also took on a cooking job. She did this as she had no money when she woke up in Ponyville hospital, and needed to earn some money to get home to Trottingham.
Return to Trottingham:
Once back home in Trottingham, Starshine had a hard job convincing her parents that she was their daughter; but was able to convince them after sharing a few fond memories. Prisma was far more easier to convince, and the pair where still as inseperable as before.
After a few months a few things had been noticed that where very odd, such as speaking strange languages; and having dreams and memories from other, and very strange places.
Due to all of this, Starshine relalised she need to go on a journey of self exploration; as so much had changed. She also felt like her name did not fit her anymore, and as such she legally changed it to 'Ialyrn Aeloria'. This name means 'Unknown Entity' in a language she called 'Elven'.
Moving on:
Ialyrn moved Canterlot where she was able to find employment as a chef. She went there specifically to find a magical tutor, as she had no idea how to use her newfound unicorn magic. Ms. Windlesham was her name, and she was a very stern and strict teacher. Ialyrn was able to grasp the basics fairly quickly, but had a few mishaps once she reached the point of exploring more advanced magic; such as using a teleportation spell that caused her to break through a wall.....
She also got to explore some of the more unusual abilitys she had gained, such as the creation and use of pocket dimensions. She was also able to change between all the pony races (earth/unicorn/pegasus/alicorn), as well as K9 forms (feral and anthro), and some strange bipedal creatures such as human and elven.

Huh its definitely long but it looks pretty good imo. I especially love the artwork its a really cute traditional style to it <3 Now for what I would say you could do to continue to improve this OC and their bio / backstory.
First thing is if you want to continue to shorten the thing, I would recommend removing the spots where it describes her family and friends as for your OC the bio should be largely about them only mentioning other characters if they are absolutely relevant to some point. For a similar thing of condensing it / making it easier to read I would combine the paragraphs about the special talent and cutiemark into one as they are essentially the same thing and can be covered at the same time.
For her backstory there were some parts that conflicted / confused me. For example she apparently gained her cutiemark when she was Starshine during one of Pinkie's parties, but later on you say that she was sucked into the dimension for 400-500 years only released when the elements of harmony were used to defeat Nightmare Moon aka Pinkie has only been alive for a short time, and then even later you mention she was shocked 3 years had passed with her in the portal, so I am kind of confused on that note.
Those are the 2 main things I would change besides some general spelling / strange wording that you could work on but honestly it would take a decent amount of time for me to point out each one lol. There is some generic tropes used like the pony being bullied for not having a cutiemark and interacting with the maincast / living in ponyville. Its not necessarily a bad thing per say, but it is overused often and for me personally I would avoid it to keep my OC more original/unique as well as not have to worry with some issues like making the character fit perfectly into the main canon of the show.
Things I really did like however were the cutiemark and her newfound magical powers. The first is actually a really interesting talent and pretty unique take on a drawing/music based ability that I personally have seen before, although I will also mention its strange for a pony not to have a job to do with their special talent in someway. The latter I liked because the idea of someone becoming a combination of many different versions of themselves across different parallel universes I think could make for a really interesting story and I see lots of possibilities for that, but I will say her abilities with magic are kind of op and maybe there should be some balances to it like for example maybe she cant control it and a lot of the stuff just happens randomly or due to her emotions.
All and all I did like it though and I think if you worked on the 2 main things it would be great tbh. That being obviously everything I said are just suggestions as after all it is your OC so you do with her as you like <3 Figured I would give my thoughts on it though since you asked, hope it helps somewhat!
